3. Seller’s Right to Cancel Orders

StaxxPH reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, before or after payment, for reasons including but not limited to:

The item was sold outside the website (e.g., physical store, event, or direct sale)
Inventory discrepancies or stock errors
Sudden supplier or market price changes
Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or incorrect product information
Damage, defect, or quality issues discovered after order placement
Suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized transactions
System, payment gateway, or technical errors
Orders deemed commercially unreasonable or abusive

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be fully refunded using the original payment method where possible.

4. Pricing & Price Changes

Placing an order does not guarantee a locked price if the order has not yet been processed or confirmed.

5. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email or receipt does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
Final acceptance occurs only after the order has been reviewed, verified, and processed by StaxxPH.

6. Payments

All payments must be made using approved payment methods listed on the website.
StaxxPH reserves the right to decline or reverse transactions that fail verification or appear suspicious.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary due to:

Courier delays
Weather conditions
Customs or regional restrictions
High order volumes

StaxxPH is not liable for delays outside our control once the item has been handed to the courier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of hobby and collectible items:

Opened trading cards, blind packs, and sealed collectibles are non-refundable
Returns may be approved only for wrong items shipped or verified defects
All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item

Refund eligibility is subject to inspection and approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

StaxxPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the website
Cancelled orders
Price changes
Loss of collectibles’ market value

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
